* Paleo Taco Bowls
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
 - 1 large onion, diced
 - 2 large bell peppers, diced
 - 2 zucchinis, diced
 - 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies
 - taco seasoning
 - 3 cups salad greens
 - Green onions
 
Directions:
- Cook meat and drain.
 - Add onion, zucchinis, and peppers and cook.
 - Add tomatoes.
 - Add taco seasoning plus 1 TBSP water.
 - Add salad greens to a bowl and spoon taco mixture on top.
 - Top with green onions.
